Kate graduated from Birmingham UCE in 2001 with a Degree in Criminal Justice and Policing. For the last seven years she has worked as a Court Officer for a Youth Offending Team in Manchester. Lee graduated from Chester College in 2001 with a Diploma in Nursing. After a stint at Countess of Chester Hospital, he landed a cushy job on the district. Having completed a specialist degree in Community Nursing in 2007, he now works as a District Nurse Team Leader in Warrington. Having cycled from Singapore to Beijing to Bangkok in 2009, Kate and Lee's future plans include cycling Holland (June 2010), California (Oct 2010), Africa (2013) and the Americas (someday).
